Building a new computer

I have been giving a lot of thought to building a new computer. My two CPU choices are Intel Core i7 920 and AMD Phenom II 940. My two Motherboard choices are ASUS P6T6 WS Revolution and ASUS Crosshair II Formula. I'm thinking about going with the Intel i7 and the ASUS P6T6 because the motherboard has true 3-way @ 16x and 2-way @ 16x, not only because of that there's also the Tom's Hardware benchmark.

Intel Core i7 920
